We believe that everyone is able to thrive in a global digital economy: individuals, civil servants, students, employees, teachers and so on. We provide training (online and offline) to all people to access life-long learning.

Communication / Community Manager

Your missions

We are developing and growing our organization globally with a first focus on the African continent.
Your Mission will therefore focus on our presence in the world in terms of communication and management of social media, client communications, newsletters.
We work as a team to build the brand further and ensure that everyone has the possibility to be included and can thrive in this passionate digital world.

The things that will be in your scope of work amongst others:

– Manage the social media platforms
– Create content for general communication
– Develop brochures, communication tools, handbooks
– Analyse communication channels and propose communication strategies
– Keep the website up to date
– Report to management
– Analyse the data coming from media

Do you have training or a degree and experience in managing social media campaigns, InDesign, PPT, emailing, database proficient, video production. Fluent English and French (written). Besides this, you are a great writer and you like to educate people.

Product owner

Your missions

We are growing fast and the world out there is waiting for our solutions to be even more optimized. We deliver our solutions at scalable level so we obviously have a need for an Digital Project visionary person, with a vision to be able to fill out the mission of developing, maintaining, correcting all product development related topics with the DSF environment internationally as well as in France.

The things that will be in your scope of work amongst others:

– As a product owner you are responsible for the Learning management System, the learning experience and the improvement of this cycle.
– You are responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by the team in order to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product.
– You will analyze, gather feature requests, schedule releases and coordinate sprints. You should be able to identify user needs, work with a development team to deliver on time, help a customer understand a business value and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.
– Solve product related problems, make decisions, complete trade-off analysis to stay on track towards business deliverable commitments.
– Draft key objectives and results, strategies and apply the data for the product to make business decisions.
– You develop the product not just according to users, but the products that helps make our company vision reality: Digital inclusion for all.
– Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
– Follow our competitors and the industry: ensure that we stay ahead of the game
– Increase an understanding of Agile practices, Lean Startup, new technologies opportunities and other new trends.

Country Project Manager for Rwanda

Your missions

With our local Rwandan partner, we will train a large number of people to acquire digital literacy skills being more productive and efficient in their working environment, but also making them aware of the security and safety that come with the digital world.
We are looking for a person who is motivated to take on the mission to:

Within this job, you will amongst things:

– Report to the CEO or Operations Director Represent DSF at a national level in Rwanda or in the region
– Work with diverse partners, government entities, companies, teachers and people in general
– Develop a distribution network
– Develop a business plan for Rwanda and follow up with reporting
– Manage the accreditation of the programs in line with the country

Are you our next recruit ?

Fluent French and English. Kinyarwanda is a plus.

Pedagogical Lead

Your missions

Teachers have been challenged for a long time within the current situation where life and teaching has moved towards the digital environment, it is key to allow them to excel in their job.
After all, these people are the ones that prepare our future workforce.
So, what would be the mission: develop a product offering and training with tools and assistance/coaching and master trainers programs allowing educators to access life-long learning in a digital environment.

Within this role, you will, amongst other things:

– The development of a teacher training program and a coaching program
– Train Master trainers with partners
– Develop the digital skills modules extra to what we have already and the upgrade and translations of the current program
– Work transvers with all teams
– Accreditation procedures for the programs Assessment and certification mechanism
